For the Future Now - the motto of Euroshop 2023
For the Future Now was our motto this year at the EuroShop from February 26th to March 2nd in Düsseldorf.
In total, more than 81,000 trade visitors traveled to the Rhine from all five continents. The proportion of visitors from the retail trade increased by 9 percent to over 50 percent. (Source: https://bit.ly/3l76z7z)
MAWA and we at our MAWA booth can also report an unbelievable number of great conversations and encounters. Above all, our innovations relating to the MAWA ECO Collection met with positive feedback. The topic of sustainability ran like a red thread through all areas of this year's EuroShop.
We make the difference
One outcome of the trade fair was that many companies, when they talk about sustainability, strongly promote the topic as a classic plastics recycling idea.
MAWA thinks differently and further here: we concentrate fully on the upcycling of transformative material designs and manufacturing techniques of our materials. It's not about CO2 neutrality for us, our idea is to achieve a negative CO2 balance in terms of CO2 storage. And this innovative strength is convincing.

75 years of MAWA - 75 years of future
This year we are celebrating our 75th anniversary. 75 years of MAWA stands for 75 years of future. Driven by a spirit of innovation that has lasted for decades, which during this time has primarily driven our ECO Collection and the described innovative power of the upcycling process, shows that sustainability has played a very important role at MAWA for many years, including the commitment to the UN Agenda 2030 plays and has been continuously developed.
