MAWA is one of the TOP 100 innovators in Germany

For MAWA, the year 2021 starts with something very special: We are one of the TOP 100 innovators in Germany. As the only German innovation competition, TOP 100 honors medium-sized companies for their innovation management and innovation success. TOP 100 therefore does not award prizes to individual products, but takes a close look at all stages of the innovation process, based on a scientifically sound examination of around 120 criteria in five categories:

Innovation success, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation and open innovation, innovation-promoting top management.

Not only the innovative output is measured, but also the innovation potential in the company.

The selection procedure for the TOP 100 Innovators in Germany

The evaluation and selection is carried out by a renowned selection committee headed by Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, one of the world's leading innovation experts. The criteria are publicly available and are therefore treated transparently.

MAWA was able to assert itself here among a large number of participating companies. Approximately 30 - 40% of the applicants do not meet the necessary examination criteria to be included in the TOP 100.
